Ticket Analyst

Spartan Ventures is looking to hire a Ticket Analyst to support the Ticket Operations unit. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze ticket sales, attendance, and revenue reports across all athletic programs. Build and manage dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Snowflake and Paciolan iQ to support leadership decision-making and pricing strategy. Assist with dynamic pricing, inventory management, and revenue optimization initiatives. Monitor ticket sales trends, purchasing behavior, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Manage ticketing-related data within CRM systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Execute and support ticketing email campaigns through Eloqua, including audience segmentation, deployment, tracking, and performance analysis. Provide actionable insights and recommendations related to season ticket renewals, premium seating, group offers, and single-game sales. Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue modeling initiatives for the Ticket Office. Collaborate with marketing, development, digital, sponsorship, and external relations teams to support integrated revenue-generation strategies. Assist with data audits, process improvements, and modernization of ticketing operations. Create ad hoc reports and presentations for athletics leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field. Experience working with data analytics, reporting, or CRM platforms in professional or collegiate sports. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to be a self‑starter and work independently. Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends.
