Change Manager - AI Adoption

An established organization is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Change Manager to support enterprise-wide AI transformation and adoption initiatives. This role will focus on change management solutions to integrate practical AI solutions into their day-to-day workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who can make emerging technologies approachable, practical, and impactful across a diverse organization. Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs, workshops, playbooks, demos, and digital learning resources focused on AI adoption and workflow optimization Lead hands‑on learning sessions and interactive workshops for employees across multiple business areas Partner with internal stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and support automation and process improvement initiatives Help integrate AI‑enabled tools into daily workflows in a practical and user‑friendly way Support organizational change management efforts related to new technologies and evolving business processes Serve as a trusted internal resource for employee education, adoption guidance, and best practices Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align AI initiatives with operational goals and user needs Promote responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI technologies and data Track engagement, adoption, and business impact metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives Develop internal success stories and examples to encourage broader adoption and engagement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology adoption initiatives Exposure to Generative AI tools and workflow automation platforms preferred Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences Experience developing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee learning programs Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Experience supporting change management initiatives in a fast‑paced environment Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously please note this is a hybrid role - local to Miami - if you are not local your application will not be accepted #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
