Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Night Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of nursing professionals working the night shift. As a Registered Night Nurse (RN) at Heartsworth Center Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans, and ensuring seamless communication with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans to address their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, reporting any concerns or issues to the Charge Nurse or Medical Director
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring a comprehensive and individualized approach to care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, providing clear updates and progress reports
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Oklahoma
• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Night Nurse (RN)
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
• Physical and mental stamina to work long hours, including night shifts
