Journeyman Supply Policy Analyst with immediate availability to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) under the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) Task Order. This position is responsible for examining, evaluating, and investigating compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing contract compliance, licenses, and permits. The analyst will also perform compliance and enforcement inspections, analysis activities, and provide recommendations to enhance logistics and sustainment operations in expeditionary and contested environments. This position supports SOCPAC’s mission by addressing critical logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments, enabling the agility, responsiveness, and resilience required to sustain combat power across the USINDOPACOM AOR. It offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to mission-critical logistics and sustainment operations throughout the Pacific. Salary ranges for each location are below: Melbourne, Australia - $106,031 - $134,406 Guam - $84,825 - $107,445 Okinawa, Japan - $73,125 - $92,625 Philippines (Subic Bay area) - $69,468 - $87,993 Seoul, South Korea - $71,662 - $90,772 Responsibilities Compliance and Regulatory Analysis Assess and verify eligibility for licenses, permits, and contracts to ensure alignment with established laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues related to contract terms, licenses, and permits. Conduct audits and inspections in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) standards and SOCPAC-specific compliance requirements. Prepare detailed compliance reports and provide well-supported recommendations for corrective or preventive actions. Supply Policy Analysis Review and evaluate supply chain policies and processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and refine strategies that reinforce compliance with supply chain regulations and SOCPAC sustainment objectives. Assess the effectiveness of logistics and supply frameworks and recommend updates to improve operational performance and responsiveness. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply policies support SOCPAC mission priorities and USINDOPACOM strategic direction. Contract Compliance Analyze contract terms and performance requirements to ensure alignment with federal regulations and SOCPAC standards. Monitor contractor execution and verify adherence to all Task Order requirements. Provide informed guidance on contract modifications, including transitions to commercial terms when appropriate. Conduct post-mission reviews to evaluate logistics performance and confirm compliance with contractual obligations. Inspection and Reporting Execute detailed inspections of deliverables - reports, systems, software, and documentation to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Task Order standards. Validate data and software functionality using approved automated tools, testing protocols, and inspection methods. Produce comprehensive situational awareness updates, threat assessments, and compliance summaries for SOCPAC leadership. Operational Support Develop and refine logistics plans and strategies that directly support SOCPAC operational requirements. Coordinate and facilitate procurement and timely delivery of mission-critical supplies such as fuel, medical equipment, and food. Security Clearance US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience conducting Supply Policy Analysis, preferably in military or government operations in the Pacific region. Proven expertise in compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines and contract compliance. Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations with attention to detail. Proficiency in government logistics systems and tools (e.g., GCSS-Army, ERP platforms). Preferred Additional Skills Master’s degree in a related field. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification. Ability to work in dynamic and expeditionary environments. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
