Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:We are seeking a hands-on CLM Project Manager to support the implementation of an AI-enabled Contract Lifecycle Management initiative. The ideal candidate will understand commercial contracts and legal clauses while also having strong project management and systems implementation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project activities associated with the implementation and launch of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systemDevelop, implement, and maintain contract playbooks, clause libraries, templates, and approval guidelinesReview and understand commercial contract language, including standard and fallback clausesTranslate legal requirements and contracting processes into system requirements and workflowsMap current-state and future-state contract lifecycle processesHelp design and configure contract intake, review, approval, negotiation, execution, and post-signature workflowsPartner with Legal, Procurement, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholdersCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, milestones, testing, UAT, and implementation activitiesSupport contract repository migration, data cleanup, metadata, and standardization as neededIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve contract review, clause analysis, summarization, data extraction, and workflow efficiencyDevelop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guidanceSupport user adoption and post-launch enhancementsTrack project status, issues, dependencies, and action items through implementation
