Key highlights: Lead territory growth and exceed annual sales targets through the direct sale of the company’s full product and service portfolio. Focus on value-based selling. Become a subject matter expert on company solutions, clearly communicating product differentiators and value propositions to meet customer needs. Build strong customer relationships and in-depth product expertise to act as a trusted advisor and increase market share. Represent cutting-edge solutions at events and trade shows. Collaborate with leadership on strategic territory plans and cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline updates to track opportunities through the sales cycle. Leverage tools and market research to identify customer needs, anticipate opportunities, and gain a competitive advantage. Travel 60–80% within the territory. Manage travel strategically, prioritizing high-value opportunities while maximizing customer-facing time. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or clinical/medical field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of sales experience with complex portfolios (capital equipment and software) in healthcare or related industries, with long sales cycles required. Prior experience in military or medical roles (e.g., Medic, Nurse, EMS, Technician, Educator) strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to engage decision-makers, tailor solutions to diverse priorities, and guide customers through the buying process. Strong capability in identifying unrecognized needs, creating urgency for change, and positioning solutions to address critical challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM (Salesforce), and business intelligence tools required; experience with AI and social media research tools is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with impeccable integrity and professionalism. Ability to travel 60–80% within the territory; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 80 lbs for demonstrations and event setup.
