Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year About us Our client is a growing personal injury law firm. Benefits 401K Match PTO Medical Dental Vision Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. Manage all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including maintaining detailed case files, coordinating with clients, and scheduling meetings and court dates. Oversee document management, ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately filed, organized, and easily accessible for the legal team. Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, preparing exhibits, and assisting with deposition and trial preparation. Write clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and memorandums. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the field of personal injury law. Proven experience in legal research, case management, document management, litigation support, and legal writing. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualifications. Proficient in using legal software for case management and document organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and compelling legal documents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
