Responsibilities

Need a CST to join our OR Team. This Hospital is a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. They offer Robotics (Exactec h., Mako, Stealth, Da Vinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Trauma.


Multiple shifts available:

Working 3-12 hour shifts 0700 - 1930 (Full time)

Working 4-10 hour shifts 0700 - 1730 (Full time))

Rotating evening/weekend call. Typically 1 week night every other week and 1 weekend every 9th week.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.

Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST)


Colorado DORA Surgical Tech License or in process.

SALARY RANGE

Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill-set

$2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.

$4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.


Eligible for a Transitional/Relocation bonus for those that qualify (2 year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)

Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
