Permanent - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Description:

One posiiton left to fill - CST to join our OR Team. a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Trauma.


Multiple shifts available:

• Working 3-12 hour shifts 0700 - 1930 (Full time)
• Working 4-10 hour shifts 0700 - 1730 (Full time))
• Rotating evening/weekend call. Typically 1 week night every other week and 1 weekend every 9th week.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST)
• Colorado DORA Surgical Tech License or in process.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• 1 year experience is preferred.
• Available to work day/evening shift with rotating call schedule.

SALARY RANGE

• $27.94 - $41.08/hour
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill-set
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• Eligible for a Transitional/Relocation bonus for those that qualify (2 year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
• Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
• Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance

Do you have current BLS (American Heart Association) certification?

Do you have 1 year CST experience?

Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assist

Base Salary - USD $52,303 to $76,901
