Responsibilities Responsible for the daily care of the patient including admissions, assessments, treatments, medications, education and discharge planning. Develop, implement and modify the patient care plan as indicated by patient’s conditions and responses. Uses multidisciplinary team strategies to resolve patient problems. Administer medications using barcode scanning. Ensure all required documentation is completed in ORM within Meditech for all surgical patients. Demonstrate adequacy in EDM tracker and PCS. Communicate respectfully and effectively with all patient populations, physicians, and across all areas of continuum of care. Job Requirements Registered Nurse Degree from an Accredited College or University. Registered Nurse: MN licensure. Basic Life Support - CPR certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
