• Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment to perform turning, milling, drilling, and threading.
• Produce parts to blueprint, G-code, and written specifications, meeting engineering and quality requirements.
• Hold tight tolerances using micrometers, dial calipers, dial indicators, and other precision gauges.
• Perform CNC machine setup & changeover; run machine setups for production runs.
• Identify and resolve issues through equipment troubleshooting and CNC machine repair fundamentals.
• Apply sound machining practices and manual machining skills when needed.

• Experience programming and operating CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and G-code
• Strong knowledge of machining for turning, milling, drilling, and threading
• Consistent track record of producing high-quality, saleable parts from drawings/instructions
• Ability to maintain tight tolerances per drawings, written instructions, or industry standards
• Proficiency in using, caring for, and calibrating precision measuring instruments
• Professional and respectful approach to problem-solving
