About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Claims and Insurance Management to lead the strategic management of the company's insurance and claims practices, with a focus on minimizing physical and financial risk. Experience in commercial insurance procurement, underwriting, and risk management is essential, as is a strong knowledge of insurance carriers and brokerage resources. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence in a multi-site environment, and a proven track record in change management. The Vice President will lead a team of insurance and claims professionals, so leadership and mentoring experience is also required. The position is pivotal in ensuring that the company's people-first approach is reflected in its risk management practices, with a commitment to the safety and well-being of employees, customers, and clients.
