REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required: At least five (5) or more years of Automotive Sales Manager experience


• Required: At least two (2) work references with name and contact information


• Available to work flexible hours and weekends and be a Team Player


• Leadership & Coaching skills with a real passion for developing an Elite Sales team


• Goal-oriented, friendly personality, who is easy to get along with


• Attention to detail is a must


• Excellent organization is important as well as problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge are required


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
