Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Nashville, TN (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for a bone health overlay territory covering Nashville and surrounding areas in Tennessee. The role involves promoting Amgen's pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while supporting patient access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze business effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and demonstrate commitment to patient-focused brand values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years, or high school with 8 years
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base
