Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're Hiring!

Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.

Compensation: $16 to $17 an hour Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried Employee

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.
• Build rapport with prospects and customers.
• Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.
• Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.
• Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.
• Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen
• Experience using online applications, computers, and email
• Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently
• Utilize agency technology for comments and notes
• Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy

• Our office is open 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
