Future Opening: Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive 401K, hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), flexible hours, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within my agency, and a hiring bonus up to $1000.

Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, and ability to work in a team environment.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Franklin. Our office is open Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2004. I am a proud graduate of The University of Tennessee. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet.
