ROLE SUMMARY

As a Plumbing Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to assess plumbing issues, clearly communicate the urgency and scope of the repair to the customer, and close the job. You will serve as the face of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Huntington Beach — building trust, delivering value, and ensuring every customer understands exactly what needs to be done and why it matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct on-site plumbing assessments and clearly explain findings to the customer in plain, easy-to-understand language Communicate the urgency of repairs — helping customers understand the risks of delayed action and the value of addressing issues promptly Present repair and service options using our Straight Forward Pricing system — transparent, upfront, and approved pricing on every call, no surprises Close service agreements confidently and professionally, ensuring the customer is fully informed and comfortable with the recommended solution Educate customers on each service being performed and ensure 100% satisfaction before leaving the job site Test all aspects of completed work prior to departure to eliminate unnecessary callbacks Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area at all times — including inside and outside of company vehicles Wear floor savers in customers' homes and treat every property with the utmost care and respect Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with the professionalism, punctuality, and integrity our brand is built on Operate with a safety-first mindset at all times — on the job and while driving

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
