Parts Sales Representative

$20 - $25 per hour

Job Description

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

General mechanical knowledge of makes and models of vehicles required.
Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
Deposit cash at the end of the day from register.
Answer phone calls and assist customers.
Enter data from sale into our computer system.
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
Assist with other office functions as needed.
Pull parts for customers on occasions.
Package items for shipping.

· Follow up on voicemails/emails.

Walk the yard to give accurate pricing on used parts.
Email customers and reach out to shops.
Properly communicate with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour

Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, paid sick leave & 401K

Expected hours: 48 per week
