Job Description Specialist-Flavour Panelist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration Regular attendance and punctuality Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavour panel Schedule panellists using Outlook, and maintain professional communication via phone and email Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation Communicates effectively with client staff members Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements Communicates effectively with client staff members and co-workers Qualifications The ideal candidate would possess: Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies At least one-year relevant experience; Basic Minimum Qualifications Associate Degree, BS preferred Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Winston-Salem, NC are encouraged to apply.
