Personal Lines Agency Claims Consultant Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Agency Claims Consultant to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines claims and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Compensation Package Salary Range : $80,000 - $92,000 annually Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage personal lines claims for accounts valued at $50,000 and above, with most accounts exceeding $100,000. Handle primarily renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the claims process. Collaborate with producers, carriers, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable outcomes. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients, ensuring a relationship‑centric approach. Utilize EPIC software to manage claims and documentation efficiently. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay aligned with organizational goals and culture. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of current personal lines claims experience at an independent agency. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software preferred. Soft Skills Strong cultural fit with a focus on long‑term commitment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
