Caregiver Services Inc. (CSI), a Help at Home company, is a Florida-licensed nurse registry. We are registering Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide private duty care to seniors and adults in their homes in Florida.

About the Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not employment. CSI refers caregivers to clients who need in-home care. You decide which client assignments to accept based on your availability, preferred service area, and experience.

Assignment availability and hours vary by location and client needs.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate showing completion of at least 40 hours of HHA training from an approved Florida school.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Ability to perform the services required for the assignments you accept.

Services You May Provide

Depending on each client’s plan of care and within the scope of your certification or training, services may include:

• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
• Safe mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and assistance with daily activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Errands or transportation, where applicable.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition as required.

About CSI

Independent Contractor Status

Caregivers referred by CSI are independent contractors, not employees of Caregiver Services Inc. As a self-employed contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business obligations.

$500 Sign-On Bonus Details

The $500 bonus is available to eligible 1099 caregivers in Florida who start with a client on or after February 1, 2026.

• Complete 500 service hours within one year of your start date.
• Be active and in good standing when the bonus is paid.
• Receive the bonus in one installment within 30 days of meeting all requirements.
• New caregivers and returning caregivers who have been inactive for 60 days or more are eligible.
• Caregivers transferring from another Help at Home location or company are not eligible.
• To claim the bonus, track your hours and submit a request to the contractor payments team once you qualify.

Sign-on Bonus Details

*$500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible 1099 Caregivers in Florida. This bonus is available to caregivers who start with a client on or after February 1, 2026.   The sign-on bonus is paid in one installment of $500 after the caregiver has completed 500 worked hours. The caregiver must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout. The required 500 worked hours must be completed by the one-year anniversary of the caregiver’s start date to be eligible for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. New caregivers, as well as previous caregivers who have been inactive for 60 days or more, are eligible for the bonus. Caregivers transferring from another Help at Home location, entity, or organization within the Help at Home portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus. 1099 Caregivers must track hours and submit bonus requests to payroll upon meeting all requirements.
