Temporary Workforce Operations Coordinator

sg360° is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage the day-to-day temporary workforce processes, acting as the main liaison among HR, Operations, and staffing agencies. You will help ensure staffing coverage, timely communication, and accurate reporting for workforce stability. The role focuses on onboarding coordination, attendance reporting, conversions, and issue escalation, within a manufacturing/distribution environment.
