Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Nellas | Elkins, WV $36–$45/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Nellas. Work directly with residents to strengthen everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and promote greater independence in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
