Office Administrative Assistant

Full- Time/Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant Top-Rated Law Firm in Massachusetts has an opening for an Entry-Level Office Administrative Assistant for the firm’s Plymouth office. The firm is looking for a candidate who is organized and works well in a team setting. This is a fully onsite part-time opening with an opportunity for a full-time position. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to join a boutique-style litigation firm and take advantage of larger firm benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and access to numerous firm resources, including top-tier technology and human resources. Compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential. The compensation based on experience will be discussed during the interview process. This position is for the Plymouth, MA location. Responsibilities: • Greeting visitors • Answering phone and client inquiries • Composing general correspondence and emails • Requesting medical records • Updating and maintaining the filing system • Processing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries • Maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies • Requesting service calls for office equipment Qualifications: • Must be experienced with MS Office • Effective organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated • Must be experienced in word processing
