The successful candidate will be an integral part of the investment team, taking on a hands-on role in the full deal process, from sourcing and diligence to execution and post-investment support. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading and managing financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials, as well as coordinating and driving third-party diligence efforts. The role also involves working closely with management teams and board members to support strategic initiatives, growth planning, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investing in or advising software and technology-enabled businesses, particularly within the lower-middle market, and must be adept at independently running diligence workstreams and managing deal processes.
