This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,000 per month, with total earning potential up to $80,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is preferred or willingness to obtain when assistance is provided.
- Sales experience or client-facing background preferred
- Competitive mindset with a history of achieving goals
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
