Sr. Product ManagerLocation - US – O'Fallon, MOProject Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Resilience Risk Technology Leader to drive the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, technology risk management, operational resilience, and large-scale transformation programs across global financial institutions.Roles and Responsibilities:Strong understanding of regulatory regimes (e.g., DORA, PSD3, ECB guidance, SIPS).Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, cross-border regulatory or risk technology programs.Strong communication and influence with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners.Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills; capable of balancing regulatory detail with architectural vision.Fluency with resilience principles (e.g., SLOs, RTO/RPO, failover) and secure-by-design practices.Leverage AI tools to accelerate the synthesis of risk/control evidence, reporting, and streamline recurring issue management routines.Required Skills:Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and operational resilience.Proven leadership in regulatory, risk, or technology transformation programs.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Expertise in resilience engineering, risk management, and secure architecture practices.Experience leveraging AI-driven solutions within risk and compliance functions.AI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
