As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be embedded in the Strategy & Operations team and report directly to the VP of Strategy & Operations.This talented and motivated self-starter will be responsible for executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on areas of high priority for Garner's leadership team. You'll be responsible for deploying management best practices and have the chance to learn what it takes to operate in a high-performance and high-impact environment.What You Will DoExecute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner's leadership teamTake on a portfolio of operational processes - that you will develop and deploy - in close collaboration with subject matter experts across GarnerRotate through a variety of high impact initiatives providing you with broad exposure across the companySupport Garner's strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processesWork directly with Garner's leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the businessWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement themA combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiativesStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex dataInterest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare systemA desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
