Position Overview AML & KYC Operations Associate – help mitigate money‑laundering and terrorist‑financing risks by ensuring compliance, handling verification‑related inquiries, and conducting quality checks. Responsibilities Respond to customer verification inquiries via Zendesk Support and guide Customer Care teams. Resolve account‑related discrepancies such as data mismatches or verification inconsistencies. Conduct quality checks on verification providers by reviewing documents, videos, and outputs. Qualifications University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of AML regulations, including AML Directives, FM‑GwG, and ESA AML/CFT Guidelines. Understanding of financial crime patterns and the broader AML/CFT landscape. Enthusiasm for the evolving cryptocurrency industry. Shift & Benefits Shift: Evening (3:30 PM‑midnight) on Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday schedule.
