Responsibilities Onboard retail clients in accordance with European and British AML regulatory requirements; provide feedback to external Identity & Verification (ID&V) providers, remediate detected issues, and prepare comprehensive internal reports. Perform day‑to‑day reviews for Source of Funds (SoF) and/or Source of Wealth (SoW), primarily focusing on fiat transactions and low‑risk customers. Diligently oversee customers’ financial activities, identify potential red flags on users’ accounts, and analyze retail users’ financial data and provided explanations. Directly interact with customers to request necessary additional documents. Conduct regular transaction monitoring reviews to assess whether a follow‑up PoF/PoW is required, while balancing customer experience with regulatory compliance. Who You Are Education: University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated interest in AML regulation (e.g., AML Directives, FM‑GwG, ESA’s AML/CFT Guidelines) with a comprehensive understanding of financial crime patterns and the AML/CFT landscape. Nuanced interest in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. Schedule & Shift This is an evening shift position (from 3:30 PM until midnight) for either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday schedule.
