Job Title Pre-Lit Case Manager Job ID 88189 Location Torrance, California Overview The ideal candidate is extremely organized, driven, a self‑starter, detail oriented and a people person. This position requires a minimum of two years’ experience working as a personal injury pre‑lit case manager. Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is required. We are looking for someone for the long‑term who wants to grow their legal career with us. This is an in‑office position (Torrance) requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Managing a caseload of up to 60+ cases at any given time. Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation. Obtaining evidence such as traffic reports, police reports, pictures. Collecting medical records and bills. Scheduling and monitoring client’s medical treatments. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and collecting information. Scanning/saving files, mail, etc. pertaining to cases. Overseeing case manager assistant. Assisting with intake specialist when needed to evaluate intakes, help sign new clients up, etc. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a personal injury pre‑lit case manager. Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish. Highly organized, self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and people‑person skills. Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload.
