About the Role

Picture your day: you begin with a quick walk-through of the plant, listening for unusual vibrations, scanning gauges, and checking your PM queue. A line alarm pings—within minutes you’ve diagnosed a pneumatic leak, swapped a worn seal, and the line is back at rate. After lunch, you commission a newly installed motor and update work orders before partnering with production to plan a reliability tweak for tomorrow. Throughout it all, safety drives every decision.

• Execute routine inspections, service, and corrective repairs on production assets and facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC.
• Diagnose faults and restore equipment rapidly to reduce downtime and keep output on schedule.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per established procedures and intervals.
• Document work clearly—maintain accurate logs, work orders, and parts usage.
• Support equipment installs, retrofits, modifications, and start-ups.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance calls and break-fix events.
• Uphold safety rules and applicable regulations in every task.
• Partner with production and engineering to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Keep the shop and work areas orderly and clean.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance or a closely related role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Competent with hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

• Trade certifications (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related).
• Background with PLCs, automation, and industrial machinery.
• Strong organization and time-management habits.

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and chemical agents.
• Regular standing, bending, lifting; occasional heavy physical tasks.
• Strict adherence to all safety protocols is required.
