Base Pay Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually This range is provided by Creative Financial Staffing (CFS). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Location St. Joseph, Michigan Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and payroll Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills Employment type Full-time Seniority level Mid-Senior level #J-18808-Ljbffr
