Senior Manager, Studio Growth & Partnerships

Location Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Reports To Studio Owner Compensation Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience Performance Incentives Additional earnings tied to studio growth metrics, including: New membership sales Class pack sales Corporate partnership revenue Community partnership activations Event performance Studio revenue growth Lead conversion metrics On‑target earnings (OTE): $90,000-$120,000+ About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and relationship‑driven Senior Manager of Growth & Partnerships to help drive membership growth, community engagement, and revenue across multiple fitness studio locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating strategic partnerships, developing innovative marketing initiatives, and identifying new opportunities to grow a business. The ideal candidate is equal parts salesperson, marketer, connector, and community builder. This individual will work closely with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies that increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and create meaningful community partnerships that support long‑term studio success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth (80% of role) Drive membership and class pack sales across studio locations Develop and execute local growth initiatives Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams Monitor studio performance metrics and recommend growth strategies Support lead nurturing and conversion efforts Partnership Development Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships Develop relationships with local businesses, wellness providers, healthcare professionals, schools, community organizations, and influencers Create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities Negotiate partnership agreements and activations Marketing & Community Engagement Plan and execute local marketing initiatives Develop creative campaigns to drive awareness and traffic Coordinate community events, pop‑ups, and studio activations Support influencer outreach and relationship management Collaborate with corporate marketing initiatives and national partnership programs Event Strategy & Execution Lead planning and execution of studio events Manage partnership activations and member appreciation events Coordinate promotional opportunities tied to seasonal campaigns Measure event performance and ROI Performance Management Track KPIs and growth metrics Analyze campaign effectiveness Monitor membership trends and retention opportunities Provide regular reporting and recommendations to ownership Qualifications Demonstrated success in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, community engagement, or related fields Strong relationship‑building and networking skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Exceptional communication and presentation skills Comfortable representing the brand at events and in the community Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Passion for health, wellness, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or community‑driven businesses Preferred Backgrounds We welcome candidates from a variety of industries, including: Boutique fitness Wellness Hospitality Luxury brands Lifestyle brands Franchise operations Medical or healthcare marketing Community development Business development Corporate partnerships Event marketing Success in This Role Looks Like Consistently growing membership and revenue Building meaningful local partnerships Increasing community visibility and brand awareness Creating successful events and activations Generating measurable business results Becoming a trusted ambassador for the brand within the Atlanta community Growth Opportunity This position offers a significant opportunity for advancement as the company continues to expand.
