Interns will engage in early and frequent interactions with all levels of professionals at Sweeney Conrad, including principals and managers. Interns will benefit from personalized career development initiatives and mentorship programs, receiving guidance, answering questions, and aiding in overall professional growth. Interns will participate in company‑sponsored training programs conducted by industry leaders within our international network, enhancing technical skills and leadership capabilities. Interns assist in maintaining and reconciling clients’ general ledgers, processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, and supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. They also utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency, contributing to the success of both the team and the clients we serve. Each intern partners with a mentor who guides them through the internship and answers any questions. While we’re flexible around academic and extracurricular schedules, we expect interns to work 32 hours a week Monday through Thursday. Sweeney Conrad interns are truly essential to the success of our business, and we seek to hire them as full‑time employees after graduation. Pay: $35.00 per hour.
