As an RTSM Practice Manager, you will lead a professional services team focused on customer success in implementation and support of RTSM studies.What You'll DoEnsure customer and employee successManage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultantsBuild and manage people for their personal and professional developmentEstablish and ensure adherence to RTSM ProcessesCollaborate with other RTSM teams to ensure alignment and delivery expectationsEstablish best practices and processesRequirementsFour-year degree or equivalent experienceMust have RTSM experience4+ years in people managementBuilt and managed a team of project managers/services teamAbility to take initiative and work proactivelyOperational excellence in leading Services including resource managementWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentTeam playerA logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detailExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to travel (5-10%)CompensationBase pay: $100,000 – $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
