RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Uncover customer needs and assist with growth and retention of business.
• Front-line for the office: answer phones and greet walk-in traffic
• Identifying key accounts and proactively reaching out gauge customer satisfaction and address any questions/concerns with the change in agency leadership
• Conduct outbound calls to single line customers who have received written communications regarding available discounts to see if they would be interested in scheduling an appointment with a sales associate to discuss in more detail
• Build reviews and referrals
• Proactively addressing rate increases or changes with customers and educating on value State Farm provides
• Monitor retention and implement creative solutions to ensure agency can achieve retention targets and overall goals
• Other Office Operations:
  • Prepare forms, policies and endorsements as required.
  • Assist policyholders in making changes and initiating loss reports.
• Identify and close in-book multi-lining opportunities 
• Handling additional duties that may be assigned as it relates to the operations of the office.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
