The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30PM, Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30PM

Core functions include following established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products, achieving established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas, operating required equipment per safety guidelines, completing all required paperwork and/or data entry, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred, and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The position is subject to Medium Work, requiring up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical activities include reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operating machines where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach, performing mechanical or skilled trades' tasks of a non-repetitive nature.

The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
