District Manager, Services (Travel Required - TX, CO, UT, CA)

Job Description Summary: The Services District Manager assists the Field Operations Manager in the management and support of operations within O&M’s portfolio of projects across an assigned district. Responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the portfolio in line with corporate strategy, while ensuring safety of all personnel and equipment on sites. Position Responsibilities and Duties Stress the importance that safety is the most important function, ensuring all employees follow safe practices while working. Ensure industry safety compliance and hold all team members accountable. Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality. Assist Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of the operational activities required for various equipment. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Always seek ways to increase the quality of customer service and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Work with the management team to manage and maintain compliance in key markets. Oversee the management and development of technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies required to operate competitively and deliver top‑notch service. Focus on developing systems and metrics/KPI reporting through business intelligence platforms that allow the company to continue to scale without breakdowns of service or a loss of quality. Ensure all operations are carried out in a professional, cost‑effective way. Coordinate and oversee the company’s new initiatives. Coordinate different teams within the group to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross‑team learning opportunities. Assess and suggest improved processes, collaborate on new technologies, and coordinate with EPC management regarding the implementation of these improvements. Qualifications College degree in a related management field preferred. 5+ Years as a Regional Lead or equivalent. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Ability to make significant independent judgments. 30% travel. Support planned and forced outages on sites as necessary; overnight stay may be required. Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license. Experience working for a diverse, multi‑disciplined employee‑owned company. Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan. Entrepreneurial spirit. Location & Travel This role is located full‑time on job sites in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California and requires travel.
