Executive Director - Soccer Shots, Super Hoopers, TrueCut Track

Drive enrollment growth through digital marketing, community partnerships, referrals, and grassroots outreach Build relationships with preschools, daycare centers, elementary schools, parks and recreation departments, and community organizations Analyze enrollment trends and identify expansion opportunities Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and local promotional initiatives Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize enrollment growth Deliver an exceptional experience for every child and family Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvements Resolve parent concerns professionally and promptly Foster long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals Recruit, hire, train, and mentor outstanding coaches Conduct regular coach observations and provide meaningful feedback Develop future leaders and build a positive, high-performance culture Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations Manage labor and operating expenses Track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions Ensure enrollment, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are met Step in to coach classes when needed Support the coaching team during staffing shortages, schedule changes, or rapid growth Lead the day-to-day operation and long-term growth of Soccer Shots, Super Hoopers, and TrueCut Track Grow enrollment, strengthen community partnerships, retain coaches, maintain financial performance, and expand TrueCut Track during the first year Requirements Leadership experience managing people and developing high-performing teams Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience using digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media, and data to drive enrollment growth Understanding of sales, customer acquisition, and business growth Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions Positive, energetic personality with a passion for developing others Appreciation for working with young children and supporting child development Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as programs require Experience in youth sports, education, child enrichment, recreation, franchise operations, hospitality, retail leadership, or small business management is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and driving enrollment growth through effective digital marketing and community partnerships.
