• Prepare and review all legal documents necessary to conduct a Real Estate closing, under the supervision of their managing attorney.

General Accountabilities

• Prepare final closing statements.
• Checks legal documents related to the transaction.
• Notarizes documents and ensures all forms are legal.
• Calculates adjustments and communicates that information to the parties involved in the sale.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
