The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional dining experience, including taking orders and offering recommendations. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay updated on current beverage trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or restaurant roles. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service. Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and sales tracking. Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with retail math concepts as they pertain to inventory management and sales reporting.
