Bilingual Spanish Payroll Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Payroll Specialist for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting payroll processes in a fast‑paced business services environment. Key Responsibilities Process payroll data accurately and on schedule in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Review timekeeping records, payroll entries, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy. Respond to employee payroll questions in English and Spanish with professionalism and confidentiality. Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for compliance and internal tracking. Support payroll‑related administrative tasks, audits, and issue resolution as needed. Partner with internal departments to ensure payroll information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $31.00 per hour. Job type: Temp‑to‑hire.
