Precision Cabinets is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to help expand our customer base, strengthen existing client relationships, and support the continued growth of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship building, strategic business development, and working in a collaborative team environment. Key Objectives Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, industry events, and relationship development. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, designers, and other industry professionals. Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and repeat business. Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, trade shows, and promotional initiatives. Prepare and present product information, proposals, and customer solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth. Work closely with Engineering, Customer Service, Estimating, and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information using company systems. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. Represent Precision Cabinets professionally during customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or customer relationship management. Experience in construction, cabinetry, building materials, millwork, kitchen and bath, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. The company intends to offer the selected candidate a base salary range of $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 . Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience.
