Associate Data Scientist

To support a growing Data Science & Analytics team, the full-time Associate Data Scientist will drive analytical functions within core business areas, defining problems, generating insights, and influencing decisions to enhance growth and product development in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define business questions and metrics to guide analyses and experiments Build reports and run analyses to surface data insights that impact key metrics Communicate recommendations and findings effectively to stakeholders across various teams Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership First principles thinker with a focus on understanding core business problems
