We’ll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart. Your Responsibilities Include Performing MIG welding on structural steel components Reading basic blueprints and work instructions Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality Following safety procedures and reporting issues Working closely with team members to meet production goals What You Bring We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters.
