Job Description Collections Specialist Delmarva Collections, Inc. (DCI) Location: Salisbury, MD | Part-Time Position Summary Delmarva Collections is seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to recover past-due accounts while providing professional customer service and maintaining compliance with all applicable collection laws. Responsibilities Contact consumers and businesses regarding outstanding accounts. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements. Process payments and update account records. Follow up on payment commitments. Maintain accurate documentation. Comply with FDCPA, FCRA, and company policies. Meet daily activity and monthly collection goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service, collections, sales, or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer proficiency. Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented.
