Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Unit: Cath Lab CLINICAL INTERVIEW Experience Required: 2 years Cath Lab experience. Prefer to have greater than 1 year of ICU experience, will consider 2-3 yeas of Cardiac Stepdown experience as well; no first time travelers Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, RCIS or CI preferred, but not required Skills Required: Monitoring and sedation Patient Types: Mostly adults, rarely patients under the age of 18 Floating: Could float over to University Hospital, Could float to EP Lab Techonology on the Unit: EMR: Cerner IV Pump: Alaris Med dispensing: Omnicell Hemodynamic System: McKesson C-arms: GE and Siemens Orientation: NEO 4-5 days of department orientation Scheduling: Weekend rotation: call only, see below On call?
