Project ManagerFedPoint is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO). You'll coordinate resources, guide project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and proactively manage risks to keep projects on track. You may also facilitate organizational meetings that support PMO operations.What You'll DoProject Leadership (60%)Establish project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate project tasks and resources across cross-functional teamsBuild and maintain full-scale project plansTrack budgets, schedules, and resource plansIdentify and mitigate risks, escalating decisions when appropriateManage change control and evaluate project outcomesCommunication & Stakeholder Engagement (30%)Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentationEnsure project materials are accessible and up to dateDeliver engaging project presentations and progress reportsProvide continuous status updates and escalate issues when neededPMO Alignment (10%)Ensure all assigned projects follow FedPoint's established project management approachAbout the Project Management DepartmentOur PMO supports business units across FedPoint using a wide range of methodologies, including Agile (SCRUM/Kanban), Waterfall, Six Sigma, and Lean. Projects span IT infrastructure, product development, security, audits, and open season call centers.
