Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all facets of real estate and business transactions, including but not limited to acquisitions and dispositions, sales, leasing, construction, equity syndications, land entitlements, condominium and association work, financing, and commercial litigation.


Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various real estate-related litigation matters.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice on complex legal challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions to enhance their business objectives.
- Handle negotiations, mediations, and trials effectively.
- Manage case documentation and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
- Utilize business acumen to contribute to the overall success of clients' ventures.


Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate litigation or related fields.
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions and property law.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
